Job Summary

Own activation and growth of a creator affiliate ecosystem with data-driven insights, channel experiments, and live/virtual events that expand a creator community and revenue.

Growth ownership: scale creator/influencer programs to hit revenue goals.
Community & participation: refine channels and mechanisms to boost creator involvement and trust.
Activation & events: incubate new creators and partner with product teams to launch creator events.

Job Description

Design and optimize scaled creator management strategies to motivate creator affiliate commerce activity.
Leverage communication channels to refine mechanisms for increasing creator participation and build program trust.
Develop strategies and insights to target and incubate new creators for program activation to strengthen managed communities.
Analyze affiliate creator data to provide key insights to stakeholders regarding community creator performance and growth.
Collaborate with TikTok product and business teams to plan and launch in-person and online creator events.

Bachelor's degree or above.
3+ years experience in creator or e-commerce partnership management and operations.
Strong work experience building and implementing scaled creator/influencer/user/business partner growth programs to achieve revenue goals.
Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple cross-functional teams to develop plans and execute projects.
Comfortable navigating and driving results in a fast-paced environment and is open to change.
Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong problem-solving skills.

Experience with community management tools, software and automation.
Mixed experience in product/user growth and affiliate commerce space.
Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce and livestreaming.
