Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operations of the Creative Department by coordinating the intake, tracking, and delivery of creative projects.
  • Assist in managing the creative traffic workflow by ensuring requests are properly submitted, scheduled, assigned, monitored, and completed according to established timelines and priorities.
  • Help coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while supporting shifting deadlines, changing priorities, and urgent creative requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Serve as a communication liaison between internal stakeholders, marketing teams, and the creative team to ensure project updates, requirements, and feedback are clearly documented and communicated.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining creative briefs that define project objectives, target audiences, messaging, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Coordinate project kickoff meetings and help maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist with building and maintaining project timelines, task assignments, and milestone tracking to support on-time delivery of creative work.
  • Utilize project management systems (such as Monday.com or similar platforms) to update project statuses, maintain documentation, and track deliverables.
  • Monitor project workloads and assist in coordinating assignments to help maintain balanced team capacity.
  • Escalate potential project risks, delays, or resource challenges to the Creative Manager or Project Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field required. MA a plus
  • Two years of Advertising and/or Marketing experience preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload to meet deadlines, with little to no supervision.
  • Must work comfortably with the department’s project management system. (PM Software, Monday.com, etc.)
  • Must be proficient in multiple platforms, Mac and PC; Adobe CS, Figma, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must be able to travel internationally, with proper and up-to-date documentation.
