Responsibilities

• Own creative testing strategy across multiple client accounts.
• Develop structured creative testing frameworks including: creative territories, concept development, hook testing, persona testing, messaging experimentation, landing page alignment.
• Translate business goals, audience insights, and performance data into clear creative strategies.
• Develop creative testing roadmaps and concept pipelines that support systematic experimentation.
• Generate scalable creative concepts based on performance insights and category research.
• Develop clear, strategic creative briefs including: Concept → Hook → Visual → Persona → CTA → Funnel Stage
• Partner with our creative team to bring concepts to life across formats including UGC, static, video, and hybrid creative.
• Ensure creative production aligns with testing hypotheses and broader growth strategies.
• Analyze creative performance across accounts using tools such as Motionapp and Boostify.
• Identify patterns across: winning hooks, messaging frameworks, visual formats, persona targeting, creative fatigue
