Responsibilities

• Analyze customer insights (comments, reviews, competitor ads)
• Identify key pain points, objections, and motivations
• Develop and refine customer personas and messaging angles
• Translate research into creative hypotheses and testing roadmap
• Propose hooks, angles, concepts - prioritize ideas based on expected impact
• Write concise creative briefs for creators/editors/designers
• Clearly define objective, message, hook, and variations of each asset
• Review ad performance data (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, etc.)
• Identify what’s working, what’s not, and why
• Turn insights into new tests

Requirements

• 3+ years in a creative strategy or similar role at a DTC/ecommerce brand
• Strong understanding of Meta performance marketing
• Experience working closely with media buyers
• Comfortable analyzing ad performance and making decisions from data
• Clear, structured thinker who can turn insights into action

Preferred

• Ability to create simple static ads (Canva, Figma, etc.)
