Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Be integral to crafting and executing first-rate, original social campaigns for our roster of clients.
  • Take initiative to pitch new ideas for upcoming campaigns and be an active brainstorming partner to Senior Strategists and Creative Leads.
  • Be comfortable with presenting creative ideas to clients and responding to feedback in real time.
  • Be able to problem solve independently, manage more than one project at a time, and stay calm in high pressure situations.
  • Work with the visual creative team to create high-quality, original, on-brand, and shareable graphics and A/V pieces.
  • Understand the unique voice and tone of a campaign, and be able to effectively translate that into concise copy and visuals.
  • Work with a Social Coordinator to schedule, draft, and post social content – assuming responsibility for the content and response once published.
  • Oversee and participate in community management for social channels - engaging old fans and finding new ones, identifying and interacting with influential accounts, as well as flagging and escalating any potential issues.
  • Communicate with clients to understand goals, manage expectations, and track approvals.
  • Monitor campaign’s Key Performance Indicators and tracking performance results; drawing meaningful learnings from these metrics and recommending pivots when necessary.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience at an agency or comparable social marketing role. Entertainment experience is a plus!
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • A demonstrated skill for brand/campaign storytelling, where the brand message is carried alongside the demands of an audience-first approach.
  • An excellent understanding of the social media industry and platforms.
  • Have a consistent pulse on trends, pop-culture moments, and all things internet.
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Creativity!

  • Entertainment experience is a plus
