Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of a cohesive content strategy across owned, earned, and paid media.Own and manage the social media content calendar — proactively plan campaigns around product launches, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives.Align content direction with business goals, marketing priorities, and target personas.Monitor content performance using analytics tools and optimize based on insights.
Write, edit, and publish compelling content for web, social media, newsletters, blogs, brochures, video scripts, and presentations.Collaborate with engineers, sales, and leadership to translate technical information into clear, engaging messaging.Create custom visual and multimedia content including static graphics, motion graphics, short videos, and GIFs.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (product, sales, leadership) to develop content that supports campaigns, product adoption, and customer education.Manage external vendors (graphic designers, video editors, copywriters) as needed to scale content production.
Ensure consistency of brand tone, voice, and visual identity across all platforms and content types.Help evolve the Augmentus content style guide as the brand matures.
Stay on top of trends in industrial automation, robotics, and content marketing.Research competitors and industry benchmarks to inform creative decisions and strategic positioning.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital communications.
Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to create effective technical and B2B content across formats.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and content workflows.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Familiarity with SEO principles and content analytics (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
