Responsibilities

• Own design for blog headers, thumbnails, social graphics, and collateral.
• Must-have: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a strong portfolio.
• Standout: In-person collaboration 2–3 days per week to sync with content and marketing.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of graphic design experience (strong portfolio is a must)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Comfortable designing thumbnails and social graphics
• Good eye for layout, typography, color, visual hierarchy
• Eager to learn, fast feedback loops, and open to iteration
• Extremely organized with files, layers, and versions
• Resourceful and creative in finding clever solutions to complex challenges
• Agency experience is a plus
• Bonus: experience with brand or home services is great, but not required
