Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of creative projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables align with project goals
Maintain and update project timelines, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions to keep projects on track
Review project deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, providing feedback as necessary
Facilitate consistent communication, and cross-functional collaboration
Contribute to the development and refinement of project management processes, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality
Identify gaps and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

2+ years of experience in project management, marketing, or a creative agency environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management or a related field
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Basic understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Asana, or similar)
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Passion for the creator/social media space

Preferred

Familiarity with the CPG industry and brand management is a plus
