Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end creative production process across multiple client accounts
• Translate briefs into concepts, formats, and deliverables
• Assign and manage creative workload across the team
• Design and edit high-performing video and static ad creatives
• Review and approve all assets before client delivery
• Build templates, systems, and workflows to scale production
• Train and mentor junior designers

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in design, with a strong focus on paid social creative
• Experience creating ads for Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels
• Strong video editing skills (Premiere, After Effects) and design skills (Photoshop)
• A deep understanding of what makes creative perform (hooks, pacing, messaging)
• Ability to work quickly and iterate without over-polishing
• Experience leading or mentoring other designers

Preferred

• Experience in fashion, beauty, or consumer brands
• Agency background or experience working with multiple clients
• Familiarity with AI tools for creative production
