Responsibilities

• Create, shoot, edit, and publish TikToks, Reels, photos, graphics, and other social content
• Develop creative social campaigns, activations, and ideas for both brands
• Manage UGC creators, influencers, and product seeding
• Stay ahead of social trends and identify opportunities for our brands to participate
• Engage with our communities and track what's working
• Create digital assets for social, advertising, e-commerce, presentations, and sales materials
• Help develop partnerships with brands, gyms, offices, events, and other organizations
• Support product launches, sampling, retail activations, and events
• Jump into new projects and growth opportunities as they arise

Requirements

• This is an early-career role. We're more interested in what you can do and how you think than a long résumé.
• Understand TikTok, Instagram, Reels, and internet culture
• Have a strong instinct for what makes people stop scrolling
• Enjoy creating content, not just planning it
• Be comfortable shooting and editing short-form video
• Have a good eye for design, photography, and branding
• Be creative, organized, proactive, and willing to experiment
• Be comfortable communicating with creators, partners, and customers
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset and be willing to jump in wherever needed

Preferred

• Helpful but not required having experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere, Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Center, Shopify, Klaviyo, or creator platforms is a plus.
