Job Description

Own the visual identity and design system for the brand family, translating identity into owned surfaces and scalable production workflows.

Brand architecture and design systems ownership across owned surfaces including websites, packaging, and lifecycle emails
Provide creative direction for owned surfaces including brand websites, lifecycle email, and packaging, translating brand identity into site experience
Collaborate with Brand marketing to ensure brand identity is consistently reflected across websites and communications
Develop and manage creative production systems: scoping, prioritization, review, and shipping to improve throughput and consistency
Architect and implement AI-enabled creative workflows to improve production speed, iteration quality, and operational leverage, evolving systems as tooling changes
Lead and mentor a junior creative team, raising standards, providing clear direction, and establishing accountability
