Job Summary

Job Description

- Brand architecture and design systems ownership across owned surfaces including websites, packaging, and lifecycle emails
- Provide creative direction for owned surfaces including brand websites, lifecycle email, and packaging, translating brand identity into site experience
- Collaborate with Brand marketing to ensure brand identity is consistently reflected across websites and communications
- Develop and manage creative production systems: scoping, prioritization, review, and shipping to improve throughput and consistency
- Architect and implement AI-enabled creative workflows to improve production speed, iteration quality, and operational leverage, evolving systems as tooling changes
- Lead and mentor a junior creative team, raising standards, providing clear direction, and establishing accountability
