  • Lead the creative voice and editorial direction across multi-disciplinary campaigns.

  • Standout: Global collaboration and post-production oversight across borders and time zones.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative development of agency pitches and campaigns end-to-end — from strategic insight to concept to final presentation. You are the first creative voice in the room and the last editorial eye before it goes to the client.
  • Develop campaign concepts across content, experiential, strategy, and design that are grounded in client objectives and elevated by Race Service’s point of view.
  • Write, present, and sell creative to clients. You can hold a room, handle pushback, and land the idea with confidence.
  • Work in close collaboration with account strategy and production teams — internationally. Our clients are global OEMs and the work crosses borders, languages, and time zones. Creative, accounts, and production succeed or fail together here.
  • Set and uphold the creative bar across all agency output. Review work, give decisive feedback, and ensure everything leaving this building reflects the standard.
  • Guide and develop the ACD and creative team. Establish a culture of concepting, iteration, and craft.
  • Oversee post-production from a creative direction standpoint — ensuring the executed work honors the original vision.
  • Contribute to shaping the agency’s creative identity and positioning as we grow.
  • This role involves working outside standard hours, international travel, and working weekends and holidays.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years in a creative role with at least 2–3 years at a CD or senior creative level, ideally within an agency or integrated production environment.
  • A strategic thinker first. You understand brand positioning, audience insight, and how creative work connects to a client’s business objectives.
  • An experienced presenter and client partner. You’ve pitched original creative to decision-makers, handled the room, and closed the idea.
  • Fluent across multiple services — content, experiential, design, strategy. Agency experience is essential because you understand how to sell and service across disciplines.
  • A confident writer and visual thinker. You can script a concept, art-direct a mood board, and build a pitch deck that makes people feel something.
  • Experienced in post-production oversight. You know how to give creative direction in an edit suite and ensure the final product holds the original intent.
  • A collaborator with an edge. You work fluidly with account and production teams.
  • This role involves working outside standard hours, international travel, and working weekends and holidays.

Preferred

  • Experience working with large OEM, legacy, or culturally significant brands — automotive, fashion, sport, or beyond.
  • A network in the automotive and motorsport space — brand-side contacts, event connections, or media relationships that open doors.
  • Experience directing on set — you don’t need to be a director, but knowing how to be one when the project calls for it sets you apart.
  • Experience inside a growing, changing creative agency.

Benefits

  • Health Benefits
  • 401(k) plan
  • Generous company holiday and PTO Plan
  • Weekly Team Lunch
  • A proper espresso machine, a team that actually knows how to use it and genuine opinions about what goes in the cup.
