Job Summary

Own the creative vision and end-to-end brand experience across guest, trade, and digital touchpoints, driving integrated campaigns that resonate across markets while leading a multidisciplinary team and optimizing workflows, budgets, and production.

  • Brand & Campaign Leadership: Drive integrated campaigns across brand, digital, CRM, social, trade, partnerships, promotions, and experiential channels to deliver a cohesive guest experience.
  • Team, Process & Tech Enablement: Lead creative teams, optimize workflows, budgets, and production, and champion AI tools and Adobe platforms to speed to market.
  • Cross-Functional Strategy & Localization: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations to align creative strategy and localize campaigns for US/Canada.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the creative vision across all guest and trade touchpoints, ensuring a distinctive, consistent, and compelling brand experience.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns spanning brand, digital, CRM, social, trade marketing, partnerships, promotions, and experiential channels.
  • Evolve brand identity, voice, and visual systems across campaigns, digital channels, trade materials, signage, and experiential activations.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Product, Operations, and Global Marketing teams to align creative strategy with business priorities and localize campaigns for U.S. and Canadian audiences.
  • Lead, mentor, recruit, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee creative operations including workflows, production processes, budgets, timelines, asset management systems, and agency/vendor relationships to improve efficiency and speed-to-market.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools, workflow automation, and emerging technologies to enhance creative operations, content production, personalization, and team efficiency.
  • Support the adoption of Adobe marketing and creative platforms while championing innovation in storytelling, multimedia production, and experiential design.
  • Ensure high-quality, on-brand creative output across all touchpoints and present campaign concepts and creative rationale to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Monitor consumer, creative, technology, and digital marketing trends to ensure the MSC Cruises brand remains culturally relevant and competitively positioned.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of senior creative leadership experience, including 3+ years in a Creative Director or equivalent leadership role within an agency or consumer-facing organization.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaigns across brand, digital, CRM, social, trade marketing, partnerships, and experiential channels.
  • Expert visual, conceptual, storytelling, and strategic thinking capabilities with strong hands-on creative leadership skills.
  • Proven experience recruiting, mentoring, developing, and scaling multidisciplinary creative teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders within matrixed and global organizations.
  • Experience managing agencies, freelance partners, vendors, and large-scale creative budgets and production processes.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is required; familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud and/or related marketing technology platforms strongly preferred.
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of production processes across print, digital, video, multimedia, and environmental signage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Miami, FL

Preferred

  • Experience within hospitality, travel, entertainment, luxury, lifestyle, or similarly brand-driven industries strongly preferred.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools, workflow automation, and emerging creative technologies preferred.
