Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the creative vision and quality bar for digital projects across web, brand, campaign, and product, ensuring output is consistently exceptional and strategically grounded.
  • Lead creative development from brief through launch: concepting, directing, and reviewing work across brand design, web design, motion, and campaign creative.
  • Partner directly with clients at a senior level to understand their business, build creative trust, and champion bold ideas that go beyond the expected.
  • Provide clear, inspiring creative direction to designers, writers, and producers, helping teams do the best work of their careers.
  • Drive new business by contributing to pitches and proposals with compelling creative thinking and presentation.
  • Establish and evolve creative standards, processes, and critique rituals that raise the quality of everything the agency ships.
  • Collaborate with strategy and production to make sure creative is feasible, on brief, and built to perform.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years in digital creative roles with at least 3 years in a creative director or equivalent leadership capacity. A portfolio of diverse, high-impact digital work spanning brand, web, and campaign is required. Agency background is strongly preferred.
  • Creative Vision: A rare combination of strong aesthetic instinct and strategic clarity. You can articulate why something works, and you can make it work better.
  • Leadership: You know how to give feedback that elevates work without deflating people. You lead by example and bring out the best in the creatives around you.
  • Client Partnership: Experienced and confident presenting at the executive level, building trust over time, and defending creative vision with intelligence and grace.
  • Multitasker: Able to hold creative context across multiple accounts and project types simultaneously without losing sight of the details.
  • Communication: A natural storyteller who can sell an idea, align a room, and simplify complex thinking for any audience.
  • Extreme Ownership Mentality: You feel personally responsible for the quality of everything that goes out the door under Iverson's name, whether you designed it or not.
  • AI Forward: Actively integrating AI tools into creative workflows and encouraging the team to do the same.
  • Sense of Humor: Self-aware, energizing, and able to keep the culture creative and human even under pressure.
