Job Summary
Own the end-to-end creative production rhythm for paid social, aligning concepting, rapid testing, and multi-brand asset orchestration with AI-enabled tooling.
- Creative Production & AI: Brainstorm concepts, research trends, script and shot list input, and accelerate production with AI tools.
- Asset & Workflow Coordination: Organize assets, revisions, and timelines across brands, and manage production with editors.
- Testing & Collaboration: Support large-volume creative testing with media buyers and leadership to drive scalable results.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Brainstorm and develop ad creative concepts for Meta, TikTok, and social media campaigns
- Research trending hooks, formats, and viral content styles relevant to our brands
- Coordinate video production workflows and manage creative deliverables with editors
- Organize assets, revisions, and timelines across multiple brands simultaneously
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut, etc.) to accelerate content production
- Assist with scripting, shot lists, and creative direction for paid ad campaigns
- Support large-volume creative testing for paid media buyers
- Collaborate directly with media buyers, founders, and creative leadership
