Responsibilities

• Video Production & Post-Production (Primary Focus)
• - Assist in planning, filming, and producing cinematic marketing videos, property walkthroughs, promotional campaigns, and event coverage.
• - Operate professional camera systems, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment during productions.
• - Edit short and long-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, including color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, and final delivery.
• - Collaborate with executive leadership on high-end marketing films and brand storytelling.
• - Organize, archive, and manage digital media libraries, project files, and production assets.
• - Export and optimize video content for social media, websites, presentations, digital advertising, and broadcast applications.
• - Continue developing the skills necessary to independently plan, film, and produce complete marketing projects from concept to final delivery.
• Photography & Visual Content
• - Capture professional photography for luxury properties, events, construction milestones, executive profiles, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in creative marketing, content production, multimedia production, or comparable role.
• A portfolio or demo reel demonstrating exceptional video production, photography, and creative design work.
• Excellent visual judgment and meticulous attention to detail.
• Passion for luxury brands, architecture, design, hospitality, or premium lifestyle marketing.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and digital storytelling.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines.
• Comfortable receiving creative direction while also contributing original ideas and innovative solutions.
• Enthusiastic about adopting emerging technologies, including AI powered creative workflows, to improve quality and efficiency.
• Professional camera experience required.
• FAA Part 107 Drone License preferred

• FAA Part 107 certification is highly desirable.
