Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Daily content creation — concept, shoot, edit, and publish across all platforms
  • Building blocks library — edit raw footage into reusable short-form content assets
  • DM management — engage the community with authenticity and speed
  • Platform strategy — know what's working, what's not, and have a point of view on what's next
  • Campaign execution — bring campaign ideas to life from brief to post
  • AI-assisted workflows — use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Canva, and others to increase output quality and velocity
  • Proactive ideation — pitch new content ideas, formats, and campaigns regularly — don't wait to be asked

Requirements

  • You are the user. You understand this product from the inside. You appreciate precision, ritual, and quality. You've been part of this culture — you get why it matters.
  • You're hungry. You don't wait around. When you're somewhere interesting, you're already thinking about the shot. When an idea hits, you write it down and bring it to the team. You treat slow days as opportunities, not breaks.
  • Your portfolio speaks. You've made things that got traction. Short-form video, editorial photography, campaign content — you have receipts. Send us what you're proud of.
  • You know the tools. You're not afraid of AI. In fact, you're already using it. You iterate fast, experiment often, and don't let a lack of a full production budget stop you from making great content.
  • You communicate clearly. You're a good writer. Captions, DMs, briefs — you have a clean, confident voice that matches the brand.
  • You want to grow. This is a ground-floor opportunity at a company on the rise. We're not looking for someone to just do the job — we're looking for someone who sees where this is going and wants a seat at the table when it gets there.

Benefits

  • Remote and flexible — we care about output, not hours logged
  • Product provided (naturally)
