Job Description

Contribute ideas and help coordinate logistics and on-site execution to create engaging experiences for artists and the wider community.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Create and publish your own posts on ren to help establish the platform’s early content style and community atmosphere. Use your creative perspective to showcase what makes ren unique and give new creators relatable examples of the kinds of content they can share.
  • Research & Insights: Participate in user, market, and product research to better understand artists, creative communities, and their needs. Share observations and ideas that can inform community-building efforts, content direction, and product development.

  • Community Sense: You have experience participating in or building communities, such as student organizations, creative collectives, art communities, or other interest-based groups. You know how to connect with people, build relationships, and create a sense of belonging.
  • Self-Starter: You take initiative, follow through on ideas, and are comfortable figuring things out in an early-stage environment where not everything is fully defined.
  • Growth Mindset: You are excited by the opportunity to help build a new product within a technology company. You value learning, enjoy taking on new challenges, and are motivated by the chance to grow alongside an emerging business.
  • Resourceful & Accountable: You are organized, reliable, and adaptable. You can manage your own tasks, communicate proactively, and take ownership of your contributions.
