Responsibilities

• Coordinates the development and execution of creative concepts and themes for Online Education and Individual Studies marketing and communications.
• Creates and designs promotional materials.
• Assists with the development, creation and implementation of multi-channel strategies and communications such as publications, print, electronic communications, digital and social media marketing.
• Manages the print process (bids, file transactions, proofing and delivery) of all projects and works closely with print vendors to ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines.
• Generates and maintains mailing lists.
• Manages and coordinates promotional item needs including design and production, ordering and dissemination, inventory and usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, graphic design, or related field
• at least three years of professional graphic design or related experience
• demonstrated experience in designing communications for print and digital marketing and writing for Web and electronic media
• strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite ( Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop )
• strong interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ability to balance multiple projects and work in a fast-paced office
• exceptional attention to detail
• strong organizational skills
• ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred

• Experience in higher education multi-channel marketing communications preferred.
