Job Summary

Build and own Cocoon Mode de Vie’s social content engine and event-driven storytelling, delivering luxe brand narratives across Instagram, LinkedIn, and flagship launch activities.

Lead content creation, scheduling, and community engagement to grow brand presence.
Craft and edit short-form video content and on-site event captures to reflect luxury positioning.
Plan and align a monthly content calendar with brand strategy, campaigns, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

Content creation, scheduling, and community engagement across Instagram and LinkedIn.
Film, edit, and post short-form video content (Reels, Stories) reflecting luxe positioning.
Produce and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned to brand strategy, campaigns, and partnerships.
Manage Canva templates and visual identity across social formats within brand guidelines.
Monitor performance metrics and share insights with the founder and commercial lead.
Support planning and on-site delivery of the September 2026 New York launch event: logistics, content capture, supplier coordination, guest experience.
Film and edit event content for social and PR: reels, highlight edits, testimonial clips.
Coordinate event collateral and Canva assets with suppliers and the founder.
Support future events in New York, Los Angeles, and Paris as the business grows.
Assist media outreach: research journalists, prepare pitches, and maintain media contacts.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in brand, content, social media, or marketing in a luxury, wellness, design, or lifestyle context.
Demonstrated experience supporting or producing events from content capture through to logistics coordination.
Active hands-on social media skills you create content, not just manage it. Filming, editing, posting is your default.
Fluency in Canva (or comparable design tools) and comfort working within a defined visual brand identity.
Experience with PR or media relations press materials, pitching, or media contact management.
Excellent written English brand voice, captions, and communications feel natural and polished.
New York-based this role requires physical presence, particularly for the September launch event.
Organised, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision across a 2-day-per-week engagement.

Preferred

Experience in podcast production, editing, or social amplification of audio content.
Familiarity with the New York luxury wellness or interior design media landscape.
Experience with video editing tools CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent for short-form Reels and highlight edits.
An existing network in NY creative, wellness, design, or media circles.
Interest in or knowledge of neuroscience, wellness architecture, longevity, or biophilic design a genuine alignment with what Cocoon Mode de Vie is building.
Bilingual in French a bonus given the Paris and international client base.
