We are seeking a detail-oriented and financially savvy Creative Administrator to support our team's daily operations and financial workflows. This role sits at the intersection of finance and administration — ideal for someone with accounting experience who thrives in a dynamic, creative environment.

Core Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end invoicing process, including tracking, reconciliation, and follow-up with clients, vendors, and the finance team

- Maintain accurate expense tracking, receipt uploads, and light bookkeeping

- Build and maintain organized systems for financial records, project files, and communications

- Draft clear, professional communications on behalf of the team (emails, updates, vendor correspondence)

- Support leadership with calendar management, scheduling, and general administrative needs

- Oversee day-to-day studio operations, including maintaining supply and snack inventory and coordinating cleaning schedules

- Produce polished presentations, documents, and weekly reports as needed

Qualifications

- Background in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping strongly preferred

- Proficiency in Airtable required; experience with accounting or invoicing software a plus

- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment

- Strong written communication skills
