Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end e-commerce technical initiatives to streamline cross-functional campaign workflows and accelerate time-to-market.
• Integrate emerging Generative AI tools and creative technologies to elevate execution quality and scale internal agency capabilities.
• Lead Site Agility team operations to optimize project throughput and rapidly address evolving digital business priorities.
• Partner with product, engineering, and creative teams to align technical capabilities with broader brand strategies and business objectives.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of agency account management experience, with a focus on high-volume e-commerce environments.
• Technical fluency in translating complex engineering workflows for creative teams, utilizing project management tools like Smartsheet and Workfront.
• Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder campaigns, mitigating risks, and delivering high-impact omnichannel results.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field, paired with exceptional strategic collaboration skills.
