Job Description

Responsibilities

As a Brand Promoter, you’ll work inside Costco engaging shoppers, starting conversations about window and door replacement, and setting free in-home consultations.
You’re not chasing. You’re not begging.
You’re creating opportunities—one conversation at a time.
Not every interaction is a yes. That doesn’t faze you. You shake it off, refocus, and move to the next opportunity because you know consistency wins.

Requirements

Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to Costco locations
Must be able to stand 8+ hours
Flexible schedule required (nights/weekends included)
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Preferred

Prior experience in marketing or as a Brand Promoter
