Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the global OPW internal communications strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic priorities, culture, and business objectives.
  • Craft executive-level communications that effectively convey OPW’s vision, mission, performance priorities, and transformation initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders across OPW businesses to develop messaging that reflects operational priorities and strategic initiatives.
  • Design communication approaches tailored to the style, tone, and communication preferences of OPW’s executive leadership team.
  • Partner with HR and HR Business Partners to implement coordinated communication plans supporting employee engagement, organizational initiatives, and major company projects.
  • Collaborate with Dover Corporate Communications to localize and distribute key enterprise communications across OPW.
  • Own the development and execution of OPW’s corporate brand strategy, value proposition, and external messaging across all corporate channels.
  • Ensure consistency of OPW brand positioning across websites, social media, corporate presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Drive adherence to OPW brand standards across global businesses, ensuring consistent application internally and externally.
  • Identify and mitigate trademark risks and inconsistencies to protect OPW brand integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate marketing and communications, preferably within an industrial or technology organization.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic vision into clear marketing and communications strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, demand generation, ABM, and marketing operations supporting pipeline growth.
  • Demonstrated success executing global marketing initiatives that meet or exceed business objectives.
  • Extensive experience developing executive-level presentations, speeches, and strategic communications for senior leadership.
  • Proven success in corporate communications or public relations with measurable impact.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to engage effectively with executive leadership teams.
  • Strategic thinker capable of balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders across a global organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated expertise in executive communications.

  • Pay Range: $130,000.00 - $145,000.00 annually
  • Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
