Corporate Marketing and Communications Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in the organization and maintenance of communication calendars to support internal messaging initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to develop communication strategies and tactics that support organizational objectives.
• Create, write, and edit communication materials, including written content, presentations, videos, and other employee-facing resources.
• Support the management, maintenance, and enhancement of intranet content and internal news communications.
• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of communications targeted to a global employee audience.
• Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, imagery, and corporate identity across all internal communication channels.

Requirements

• Preferred Majors: Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field.
• Strong writing skills.
• Highly collaborative with a desire to learn in a professional environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SharePoint preferred.
