Responsibilities

• Schedule community presentations at churches, civic groups, Bible studies, and even one-on-one within the community.
• Conduct or assist with the presentation at each scheduled community presentation.
• Build an annual fundraising plan
• Will go face-to-face, asking people to give
• Apply for grants
• Weekly check Donor View for donations and properly thank donors
• Responsible for leading the local Advisory Board
• See that weekly posts are added to our Social Media platforms
• Ensure that letters, wins, and donor communications are sent to the YCM HQ as requested.
• Attend Core Community weekly program

Requirements

• Comfortable representing the organization at local events, meetings, and community gatherings.
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to speak confidently in public
• Have essential Computer Skills
• Maintain professionalism and lifestyle standards in the community and on social media, rooted in a faith-based foundation.
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Background in fundraising preferred but not required
