Responsibilities

• Write high-impact campaign copy across paid media, social, email, landing pages, web, and video
• Develop messaging frameworks and campaign concepts in collaboration with creative and strategy teams
• Adapt brand voice across multiple clients and industries with consistency and fluency
• Translate campaign briefs and audience insights into copy that converts
• Optimize content using performance data, SEO best practices, and A/B learnings
• Participate in client presentations and clearly articulate copy decisions
• Edit and proof your own work and support QC across the team

Requirements

• 3+ years of copywriting experience in an agency or performance marketing environment
• A link to your portfolio showcasing relevant copywriting, campaign, and performance-driven work
• Proven range across formats: campaign concepts, digital ads, long-form content, social, and conversion-focused copy
• Deep comfort writing for paid media channels (search, social, display, video)
• Strong collaboration instincts; you work with creative teams, not alongside them
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Must be located in Texas; Austin preferred

Preferred

• Experience with A/B testing or conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms
• Hispanic market or Spanish-language copywriting experience
