Responsibilities

• Write and edit copy for social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and Instagram
• Develop and refine content for press releases, brochures, flyers, websites, and other marketing materials
• Research industry trends and incorporate insights into content strategies
• Collaborate with copywriters, graphic designers, developers, and clients
• Ensure all content aligns with First Station Media brand guidelines and standards
• Contribute creative ideas and participate in content-development initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. First Station Media does not currently sponsor visas for this role
• Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred

• Experience with SEO, digital content, and web editing
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content strategy
• Experience working in a marketing, agency, or communications environment
