Copywriter - PA

Responsibilities

• Follow structured workflows and SOPs to maintain consistency and accuracy.
• Generate AI assisted drafts and refine them into polished product descriptions.
• Review vendor data, internal systems, and ticket details to ensure accuracy.
• Create and update product descriptions for assigned SKUs, even with limited information.
• Format content to meet SEO and internal style guidelines.
• Manage bulk SKU updates and maintain organized documentation.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Purchasing, and Product Development teams.
• Verify product instructions and supporting documentation.
• Identify and report inconsistencies in product data or workflows.
• Build product knowledge to improve accuracy over time

Requirements

• Strong writing and editing skills
• Comfort working with AI assisted content creation
• Ability to follow structured workflows

Preferred

• Associate degree in English or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, content management systems, and basic SEO principles
• Willingness to learn automotive aftermarket products
