Own the end-to-end coordination of launch events and creator programs, from ideation and briefs to performance tracking and cross-functional partnerships across ShopMy.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the organization and logistics for launch events: participate in team ideation sessions, join agency calls, submit requested assets/feedback, invitee identification, and more
  • Ongoing new creator discovery research across various social platforms
  • Support team with creative mailers, from conceptualization through execution and reporting
  • Help with creator content briefs and liaise with cross-functional and external partners
  • Manage influencer/press/MUA restock send-outs – inclusive of sourcing product and packing/shipping or overseeing shipment with external fulfillment center
  • Support team on day-to-day management of ShopMy affiliate platform
  • Liaise with team on community analysis to strengthen brand loyalty
  • Maintain all relevant databases/spreadsheets
  • Manage weekly performance reports, monitoring performance on EMV and community retention
  • Support team with ongoing administrative needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
  • Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented
  • Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
  • Passionate about the beauty and cosmetics industry, with a keen interest in social media, influencer marketing, and staying current on industry and cultural trends.
  • This position will be hybrid (3 days in NYC office, 2 days remote)
  • Weekly Work Hours: 35-40 Hours
