Hiring Salary Range: $46,933 - $58,665
Campus Location: Walters State Community College - Morristown Campus (Employees are assigned to a “home” location but may occasionally or regularly be required to work at other WSCC locations.)
Job Purpose: The position supports the college’s mission by managing and administering the Foundation’s scholarship programs and related financial operations. This position plays a vital role in connecting students with educational opportunities and fostering relationships that advance donor and community engagement. Responsibilities include coordinating all aspects of the scholarship application and award processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and maintaining consistent communication with key stakeholders—including students, faculty and staff, donors, Foundation trustees, and community partners. Through this work, the coordinator helps enhance student success and sustain the Foundation’s commitment to promoting life, cultural, and civic enrichment across the community.

Environment & Working Conditions: Working conditions in the office are clean and well-lit; limited interruptions and a moderate but constant noise level.
