• Have experience with motion graphics (After Effects preferred)

Strong preference for editors who have worked on YouTube channels or podcasts generating 100k+ views per episode.

Strong applicants care deeply about:

• pacing

Application Requirements

Please include the following in your application:

1. Portfolio or reel

2. Links to 2–3 full podcast or interview episodes you edited

3. Your editing tools/workflow

4. Your hourly or project rate

5. A short note answering this question:

“If a podcast segment feels slow, what are the first 3 editing decisions you make?”

Applications that do not include the above information may not be reviewed.

Optional

If you’d like to stand out, include a short explanation of one edit you’re particularly proud of, including:

• What the raw footage looked like

• The editorial decisions you made

If you’re passionate about producing polished, modern YouTube shows and high-quality digital media, we’d love to hear from you. 🎬
