Responsibilities

• Design scalable content models supporting omnichannel delivery across web, mobile, IoT, and digital signage platforms.
• Define content type hierarchies, taxonomy strategies, and stack structures that maximize content reuse and minimize redundancy.
• Architect enterprise headless CMS solutions using Contentstack integrated with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, and Nuxt.
• Lead implementation teams through complex Contentstack migrations and greenfield deployments.
• Establish governance standards including publishing workflows, localization strategies, and role-based access controls.
• Define API consumption patterns leveraging REST APIs, GraphQL, Live Preview, and edge delivery strategies.
• Drive performance optimization initiatives including caching strategies, query efficiency, webhook management, and automation pipelines.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership across multiple business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Deliverables: Enterprise Contentstack architecture and platform design.
• Deliverables: Content modeling framework and governance standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience delivering CMS or Digital Experience Platform (DXP) implementations.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Contentstack solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Contentstack APIs, SDKs, CLI, and content modeling best practices.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Experience with at least one modern front-end framework including React, Next.js, or Nuxt.
• Strong understanding of REST and GraphQL API architecture.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Experience designing scalable, enterprise-grade content architectures.

Preferred

• Contentstack Associate or Professional Certification.
• Experience with Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, or other enterprise CMS platforms.
• Experience designing personalization, SEO, and A/B testing capabilities within content platforms.
• Background working within enterprise organizations, digital agencies, or systems integrators.
• Experience building custom Contentstack extensions, plugins, and UI components.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and cloud-native deployment strategies.
• Experience integrating CMS platforms with CRM, DAM, marketing automation, and e-commerce systems.
