Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and proofread content for web pages, blogs, and app features
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across digital touchpoints
  • Research relevant topics and collaborate with design and development teams to align storytelling with user experience
  • Incorporate SEO best practices to drive visibility, traffic, and engagement
  • Update and optimize existing content based on analytics and user feedback
  • Support content for newsletters, digital campaigns, and educational materials as needed
  • Check and respond to emails daily, ensuring all responses are completed within 48 hours
  • Take responsibility for performance improvement by analyzing engagement metrics and refining content strategies

Requirements

  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Experience creating content for websites, apps, or digital campaigns
  • Familiarity with SEO, keyword optimization, and analytics-driven writing
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
  • Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field preferred
