Job Description

Responsibilities

Write, edit, and proofread content for web pages, blogs, and app features
Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across digital touchpoints
Research relevant topics and collaborate with design and development teams to align storytelling with user experience
Incorporate SEO best practices to drive visibility, traffic, and engagement
Update and optimize existing content based on analytics and user feedback
Support content for newsletters, digital campaigns, and educational materials as needed
Check and respond to emails daily, ensuring all responses are completed within 48 hours
Take responsibility for performance improvement by analyzing engagement metrics and refining content strategies

Requirements

Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Experience creating content for websites, apps, or digital campaigns
Familiarity with SEO, keyword optimization, and analytics-driven writing
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field preferred

We work directly with students and provide them with mentorship, vocational and educational support. We also work with our students after they move out of temporary housing and into the community through our online program. We work with our partners to provide our students with the tools needed to succeed.
