Responsibilities

• Create a variety of digital content types, including articles, briefs, scripts, and infographics
• Optimize existing client content to enhance relevance, authority, and search engine performance
• Research and develop content briefs for new content initiatives
• Collaborate with editors, project managers, and content teams to ensure cohesive content strategies
• Contribute to the development of editorial guidelines and best practices for client engagements
• Stay informed on industry trends, content marketing strategies, and emerging AI tools to continuously improve content quality
• Participate in weekly staff meetings, providing insights and perspectives on content trends and innovations
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, engagement, and SEO compliance across all deliverables

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in digital content writing
• Proven experience in content creation for digital platforms, including articles, scripts, and infographics
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research and content optimization for future industry standards
• Experience with "human-in-the-loop" content workflows and AI-assisted content creation
• Excellent fact-checking skills and adherence to content accuracy standards
• Meticulous attention to detail, grammar, and clarity in writing
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently
• Strong storytelling skills adaptable to various formats and lengths
• Effective communication skills for remote collaboration with diverse teams and freelancers
• Based in the U.S. and available to work East Coast hours, with meetings scheduled between 9 am and 5 pm EST
