Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content & Workflow Innovation
  • Support the development, testing, and improvement of new content creation models, templates, and workflows that increase speed, flexibility, and volume of output.
  • Assess current content workflows (intake through launch), identify friction points, and propose practical improvements that reduce cycle time and review loops.
  • Help build repeatable, modular systems that enable content to be efficiently created, adapted, versioned, and reused across brands/channels.
  • Translate creative needs into clear creative templates, SOPs, QA checklists, and lightweight automation that others can easily adopt.
  • AI & Tool Enablement
  • Use AI tools to support ideation, drafting, variant generation, versioning, repurposing, and channel‑specific adaptation of content.
  • Help develop and maintain prompt libraries, guidelines, and best practices that produce high‑quality, on‑brand, compliant outputs and demonstrate judgment about when AI should and should not be used.
  • Partner with senior team members to test tools, document learnings, establish guardrails, and scale what works.
  • Support responsible AI usage by helping ensure outputs follow brand, legal, privacy, accessibility, and approved‑use standards.
  • Brand, Creative Quality & Optimization Support
  • Apply Brand Guidelines and creative standards when reviewing or assessing content generated through new workflows.
  • Evaluate AI‑assisted and creative asset template‑driven work for tone, voice, clarity, accuracy, accessibility basics, and brand alignment.
  • Flag quality or compliance issues and help refine processes to improve future output.
  • Support creative testing and optimization efforts by helping manage clean versioning, hypotheses, documentation of learnings, and application of insights.
  • Integrate creative and channel performance learnings (e.g., campaign results, engagement signals) back into content and workflow improvements.
  • Collaboration & Enablement
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, video editors/creators, strategists, marketers, and channel teams (paid media, web, lifecycle/CRM) to ensure tools and workflows meet real creative and performance needs.
  • Help socialize new processes, tools, and learnings across teams to drive adoption.
  • Support training and enablement as new approaches, templates, or AI practices are rolled out.
