• Turn research into a weekly content brief for all formats; you do not write scripts.
• Define script goals and explain why chosen angle beats alternatives.
• Map viewer funnel from impression to inbound leads and identify leaks.
• Research platform algorithms with primary data to advise posting specifics.
• Own three content pillars and manage distribution balance across pillars.
• Pull weekly performance metrics and build a dashboard; identify patterns.
• Own upstream strategy; no filming, editing, or posting responsibilities, focusing on research.
