Job Summary

Own the healthcare content engine by delivering multi-format, audience-centered content that ties to campaigns and drives buyer progression across channels.

  • Content ownership: develop short-form social, long-form thought leadership, and SME-driven pieces with SEO and accessibility focus.
  • Campaign integration: align content with campaign goals and ensure cross-channel storytelling and coordination with SMEs and marketing peers.
  • Workflow and optimization: manage timelines, approvals, repurposing opportunities, and ongoing performance feedback to improve engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Create, edit, and adapt content across formats from short-form social copy to long-form thought leadership, including editing SME-authored drafts and developing original pieces from concept through final copy.
  • Write, edit, and optimize health care content assets (SEO and accessibility) such as case studies, thought leadership, landing pages, social posts, and video.
  • Develop content that aligns with campaign objectives and integrates across channels and touchpoints.
  • Contribute to content and campaign briefs and apply brand voice and style guidelines for consistency.
  • Adapt content for different channels, personas, and buyer journey stages to drive engagement and funnel progression.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools for research, ideation, drafting, and optimization.
  • Manage discrete projects, timelines, and workflows with minimal oversight and prioritize competing deliverables.
  • Coordinate approvals and feedback from stakeholders and identify opportunities to repurpose content across campaigns and business units.
  • Work with subject matter experts and marketing peers to amplify impact and share insights on content performance.
  • Mentor associates and pilots new processes/tools while contributing to best-practice documentation.
