Job Summary
Own on-site video and photo content from capture to edit and library management, turning field activity into usable assets.
- On-site Content Ownership: shoot and edit video/photo, build a growing content library, and deliver ready-to-publish assets.
- Cross-channel Publishing: coordinate with marketing to feed LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Travel regionally to jobsites as needed and maintain scalable production processes.

Requirements
- Experience filming and editing video content required.
- Valid driver\'s license required.
- Ability to capture professional-looking video and photo content in active jobsite environments.
- Comfortable traveling locally and regionally to jobsites as needed.
- Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Vegas Pro, CapCut, or similar.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a growing content library.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a marketing team.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools (listed as preferred but included if applicable).
Preferred
- Photography experience preferred.
- Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools preferred.
- Drone photography/videography experience is a plus.
- Podcast, livestream, studio, or multi-camera production experience is a plus.
- Social media content creation experience preferred.
- Construction, modular building, real estate, architecture, manufacturing, or jobsite experience is a plus.
