Content Strategy: Align content with brand strategy and campaign goals while building toolkits and briefs for scalable impact.
Community Management: Monitor conversations, respond quickly, and surface trends or issues to product and marketing teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Content Creation (90%): Create thumb-stopping content that resonates with diverse audiences across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Content Creation (90%): Design static graphics and edit short-form videos using brand guidelines and current trends
Content Creation (90%): Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to align content with brand strategy and campaign goals
Content Creation (90%): Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to inform content strategy
Content Creation (90%): Support the creation of social toolkits, templates, and creative briefs
Community Management (10%): Monitor and engage with audiences across owned social channels using social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr)
Community Management (10%): Respond to key comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
Community Management (10%): Flag emerging issues, trends, or opportunities to internal teams

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in social media content creation
Experience in community management is a plus
Strong graphic design and video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Please be prepared to provide a portfolio showcasing your best design work or standout social content that demonstrates your creative impact
Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
Experience with social media management tools (Sprinklr preferred)
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
