Job Summary

Own the writing and multi-format content pipeline for Caribico’s voice, producing a weekly long-form blog and adapting it for Instagram and LinkedIn while maintaining a consistent editorial style and schedule across formats.

  • Content Engine: Create one 1,000–1,500 word blog per week and repurpose into Instagram carousel and LinkedIn post.
  • Editorial & Voice: Maintain a single, cohesive voice across formats and respond to editorial direction from the founder.
  • Delivery & Collaboration: Manage timelines, remote collaboration, and daily communication with the founder to ship on schedule.

Job Description

Own the writing and multi-format content pipeline for Caribico’s voice, producing a weekly long-form blog and adapting it for Instagram and LinkedIn while maintaining a consistent editorial style and schedule across formats.

  • You will produce one long-form blog article per week for caribico.org (roughly 1,000-1,500 words), then adapt each article into:
  • An Instagram carousel for our organization account
  • A LinkedIn post for our company page
