Drive Herculess organic growth through a scalable content engine spanning thought leadership, social channels, video, and newsletters.

Responsibilities

• Own organic growth end-to-end: thought leadership, social channels, newsletter, and video
• Build a repeatable content engine that consistently drives awareness, traffic, and signups
• Lead all Hercules' organic content
• Manage channels: X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Newsletter, Blog
• Create content types: thought leadership and product/feature launch content
• Oversee strategy, calendar, distribution, and iteration
• Manage contractors pipeline: hire/manage writers, editors, designers, creators; create briefs; ensure high quality output; ensure deadlines
• Video production: direct vendors for launch videos + testimonial/customer videos (briefs, scripts, review, delivery)
• Asset repurposing: turn assets into threads, clips, posts, email, blog with quality control

Requirements

• Proven track record growing organic social for a product (ideally developer tools, SaaS, or prosumer)
• Excellent writing and editorial judgment (hooks, clarity, voice, pacing)
• Strong creative direction for short-form video (scripting, structure, creator guidance)
• Ability to build and manage a content production system (briefs, QA, workflows, vendor management)
• Comfort with analytics (what moved, why it moved, and what to do next)
• Strong AI workflows for ideation, drafting, editing, repurposing, and performance analysis
