Job Description

Responsibilities

Own real-time content from the program — founder stories, session recaps, behind-the-scenes moments — across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X
Run day-to-day operations: logistics coordination, scheduling, speaker prep, and keeping everything on track during the program
Help manage founder communications and make sure every touchpoint feels sharp
Spot the best stories happening in the room and know how to get them out into the world fast
Support event production for sessions, dinners, and networking events during the cohort

Requirements

2nd or 3rd year undergrad (any stream — we care about what you've built more than your major)
Strong writing instinct — you can go from a raw conversation to a LinkedIn post in under an hour, and it sounds human
Ops-minded — you don't wait to be told what's broken; you fix it
Comfortable in fast-moving rooms with high-context conversations
Ideally, you're already building something — a side project, a campus venture, anything that shows you think like a founder
