Job Description:
Sabio is looking for a Content Operations Specialist for Creator Television, a fast-growing network in the FAST and streaming TV space. Reporting to the Content Operations Manager, this role will play a key part in the day-to-day programming, operations, marketing, and distribution of the channel across multiple streaming platforms.
This position is ideal for someone with an interest in streaming television and digital content programming who is eager to take ownership of channel operations, improve workflows, and help scale a rapidly growing media brand. The Content Operations Coordinator will work closely with internal teams, including Production, Marketing, AdOps, and Platform Partners to ensure content is delivered, programmed, and maintained accurately across platforms. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and ambitious, with the ability to think operationally while supporting the growth of Creator Television across the streaming ecosystem.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Ingest, schedule, and deliver content using CMS tools (including Amagi)
· Monitor daily channel operations across platforms and troubleshoot as they arise
· Conduct routine QA checks to ensure channel playback, metadata, and assets are functioning correctly
· Upload, manage, and maintain content libraries and asset databases
· Maintain metadata including artwork, descriptions, and episodic information
· Coordinate with internal teams to promote new content on the channel
· Maintain documentation and operational workflows to support scalable channel operations
· Assist in the launch and onboarding of new distribution platforms
· Analyze channel performance data and assist in programming strategy
· Act as a key operational support for the Content Operations Manager to ensure continuity of channel operations
· Utilize creative and alternative thinking skills to increase Operations efficiency
Requirements:
· 1 year of experience in FAST Channel Programming or relevant expertise
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Film and Video Production, Communications, Broadcasting, Digital Media, Marketing or other related degree
· Strong communication skills
· Attention to detail, accuracy, strong follow-through
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to find innovative solutions
· Ability to manage multiple projects and juggle competing deadlines
· Quick learner who can function well in a fast-paced environment and receive continuous creative feedback and direction.
· Experience with multimedia programs such as video or music editing software
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office
