About HardScope

HardScope is a Creator media network building original programming, network partnerships, and agency work at startup speed. We move fast, ship often, and operate across a wide surface area from concept to creator deals to production and delivery.

About The Role

We're hiring a Content Operations Lead to be the connective tissue of our content department. This role reports to the VP of Operations and is built for someone who wants real ownership of projects and progress. Your primary focus is content operations: keeping our production pipeline organized, visible, and on schedule. You'll also be a trusted operational partner across the leadership team of the Content & Marketing organization, acting as a proxy to enable progress and increase leverage across pillars.

This is a high-trust, high-visibility seat for an independent operator. We're looking for someone who knows how to take a goal, figure out the steps, and run with it and who will grow fast because of it.

What You'll Do

  • Own the day-to-day management of our project-tracking system; keeping boards, stages, owners, and statuses accurate and current as work moves through the pipeline.
  • Track each project across its full lifecycle, flagging blockers and making sure the right person is unblocked at the right stage.
  • Coordinate hand-offs between cross-functional stakeholders so work doesn't stall between teams.
  • Build and maintain documentation: schedules, workback timelines, briefs, status summaries, and notes.
  • Support production planning and logistics — vendor coordination, RFP organization, scheduling, and tracking deliverables against timelines.
  • Support the weekly Content & Agency leadership prioritization cadence — pulling status together, prepping agendas, and driving action items to close.
  • Help draft and organize operational documents — scopes of work, role descriptions, process docs, and internal comms.
  • Take on ad hoc projects as priorities shift. This role touches a bit of everything.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years in content operations, project/production coordination, or a comparable role ideally in media, entertainment, creator economy, or a fast-moving startup. Strong candidates with adjacent experience will be considered.
  • A true self-starter. You are proactive and take ownership of outcomes, manage your own time, and don't wait to be told the next step.
  • Exceptional organization and follow-through. You track the details so others don't have to.
  • Comfort with project-management tools (Monday.com, Linear, or similar), or the ability to pick them up fast.
  • A clear, concise communicator who can shift register from an exec audience to a working team.
  • Calm and resourceful under shifting priorities; you turn ambiguity into a plan.
  • Low-ego. You work well across teams and make the people around you more effective.
  • Genuine interest in content, creators, and how this industry works.

Nice To Have

  • Familiarity with content production workflows or livestream/video production.
  • Creator economy or media experience
  • Experience supporting an executive or running a recurring operating cadence.
  • Light contract/SOW or vendor-management exposure.
  • Familiarity with vibe coding and AI tools is an asset.

This role is remote within the U.S., with a preference for candidates based in Central & Eastern timezones. You'll work closely with a distributed team, so strong async communication and self-management are essential.

Compensation: $75,000–$90,000
