Job Description

Responsibilities

Translate complex ad products, platform data, and consumer insights into content that lands — speeches, white papers, blog posts, trend reports, and executive presentations
Bring simplicity to technical concepts without losing their substance
Shape and maintain core messaging frameworks and narrative architecture
Set the editorial standard for a broader cross-functional team
Own the end-to-end production process for content bundles tied to key moments and always-on campaigns
Maintain the central content tracker so stakeholders have real-time visibility at all times
Drive leadership review cycles and enforce sign-off deadlines (two weeks prior to launch — non-negotiable)
Hand off final approved assets to channel owners with precision and without loose ends

Requirements

7+ years of editorial, journalism, or content strategy experience
Demonstrated experience owning a content production process or editorial calendar end-to-end
A portfolio that shows range: long-form and short-form, strategic and accessible

Preferred

Background in B2B, advertising, or technology subject matter
Experience writing executive communications or thought leadership on behalf of senior leaders
Comfort with content tracking systems and cross-functional workflows
