Job Summary

You will own the end-to-end operations around short-form video publishing and creator workflows, balancing content production, asset management, and process coordination.

  • Publish and optimize TikTok content daily
  • Coordinate editing and asset workflows
  • Maintain brand operations and tracking across invoices, shipments, and campaigns

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Publish 2–4 TikTok videos per day
  • Upload videos with captions, hashtags, products, and covers
  • Organize Google Drive folders and content libraries
  • Track brand deliverables and campaign deadlines
  • Manage incoming product shipments and inventory
  • Organize and respond to brand emails
  • Track invoices and payments
  • Coordinate with our video editor and keep editing workflow organized
  • Track video performance and compile simple weekly reports
  • Research social media trends, hooks, and competitors
