Job Description

Own the full content strategy for client accounts, turning business impact into editorial pillars, distribution plans, and cross-channel optimization with a data driven lens and growing role for AI tooling.

  • Content Strategy: define pillars, distribution, and KPI targets tied to client outcomes.
  • Channel Integration: align SEO/AEO, paid media, social, and email to amplify programs.
  • Execution Oversight: manage production across website, blog, white papers, social, email, video scripts, and thought leadership with quality and brand consistency.
  • Measurement and Optimization: track performance against KPIs and iterate plans based on data.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with strategists, designers, media planners, and account teams to align with broader objectives.
  • AI & Tech Use: leverage AI tools for drafting, optimization, analysis, and efficiency while preserving human editorial judgment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, editorial, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing content programs that drive measurable business results
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt voice and messaging across clients, industries, and formats
  • Experience creating or overseeing content across formats including web, long-form, social, email, video scripts, and thought leadership
  • Ability to translate business objectives into editorial strategy with clear content pillars, distribution plans, and KPIs
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to evaluate content performance and inform strategic decisions
  • Familiarity with SEO/AEO principles and how content integrates with broader digital marketing channels
  • Experience working in an agency environment and managing multiple client brands simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present strategy confidently to clients and collaborate across teams
  • Healthcare and/or regulated industry experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content and research tools is a plus
  • A strategic mindset, intellectual curiosity, and genuine passion for content as a growth channel
