Responsibilities

• Write, build, and optimize marketing emails, newsletters, nurture campaigns, and other lifecycle communications.
• Own email campaigns from copy and audience segmentation through testing, QA, deployment, and performance analysis.
• Research, write, edit, and publish high-quality blog content that educates contractors and drives organic traffic.
• Optimize new and existing content for search, including keywords, search intent, internal linking, and on-page SEO.
• Turn product updates, customer stories, industry expertise, webinars, and other resources into compelling marketing content.
• Write landing pages and campaign messaging designed to turn traffic into leads and customers.
• Test subject lines, messaging, CTAs, content topics, and other variables to continuously improve performance.
• Analyze email and content performance to understand what's working and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with design, product, sales, customer success, and other members of the marketing team to bring campaigns to life.
• Help maintain a consistent JobTread voice across everything we publish.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated skills in content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
• Exceptional skills in marketing writing and content creation, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
• Analytical and data-driven thinking with experience in measuring and reporting on campaign performance.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Pardot and Salesforce is a plus.
• Google Analytics certification is a plus.
