Content & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA
• Manage a consistent content calendar across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Turn real estate expertise and ideas into engaging, educational content.
• Use AI to research topics, develop outlines, prepare talking points and repurpose content.
• Coordinate content creation, editing, scheduling and publishing.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.
• VIDEO PRODUCTION
• Plan and coordinate regular video recording sessions.
• Prepare talking points and recording materials so our team leader can arrive ready to film.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience, with a track record of owning execution end to end.
• Experience in content marketing, social media management and marketing campaign execution.
• Practical video production experience, including filming and coordinating editing.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience using AI tools to streamline marketing workflows.
• The ability to coordinate remote team members and outside vendors.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving.
• Real estate marketing experience is strongly preferred. Licensed or formerly licensed agents are encouraged to apply... this is a marketing role, not a sales role.
